This week I'm talking about a topic that is a HUGE sore subject for so many...dealing with the judgement of others. In this episode, I share a personal story of judgement that had a big impact on me when I was in high school. My athletic abilities were called out in a local newspaper and, when you're 16 years old, it can crush you. However, I used the words in the article as fuel; fuel that propelled me to excel on the baseball field in high school and college earning me the chance to play professional baseball. If you fear the criticism and judgement of your peers, this episode is just what you need. You're not alone and there ONE WAY to get back at your doubters. Tune in and find out!
