Untangling ADHD in the workplace. First in the series….How Undiagnosed ADHD showed up for me as an Executive Assistant....…..it came with many challenges. Challenges I thought were to do with my abilities, intelligence. This caused me to feel unworthy, lost and believe I would never achieve any success. The pattern I am seeing from clients is the workplace being one of their biggest struggles when it comes to managing their ADHD and I can really relate. Today’s episode I am starting with sharing my own personal experiences on how ADHD showed up for me in my 10 + years as an Executive Assistant and I share some first steps and tools that I am using to help navigate my own ADHD in my current life.
