It's been inspiring to see people who are not just surviving with ADHD, but thriving and shining SO brightly. The first half of this year has been super busy for me! I’ve been on some amazing trips & retreats, I’ve moved into a new home on a street I love next to my favourite park, I’ve given up vaping, secured a shared care plan, and I’ve grown my business by hosting some incredible events, important corporate workshops and expanding my coaching offerings. BUT this journey is full of ups and downs… as a can’t stop, won’t stop ADHDer, burnout and stress can always creep back into my life. Some days are hard.
