"once you understand that habits can change, you have the freedom and responsibility to remake them." - Charles Duhigg this prompt from the Open App I use for meditation made me think about the habits I've changed this year and how finding the "things" that were so important for the change in habits combined with a shift in my perspective on how to view habits led to real changes and results. we revisit the analogy of the record player and implementing the habits of your future self to make the change today easier and lasting. your habits will be an integral part of your PRST--for the positive or the negative, it's up to you to decide.
