With many qualifications including a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Medicine from the UK, Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) and a member of the Australia and New Zealand Metabolic and Obesity Society (OSSANZ).   Originally from Wales, Simon has called Australia home for the past 15 years.
