Katie's IVF Journey: Q&A + Megan Roup, Founder of The Sculpt Society, Talks Fertility Fitness Program

In this two-part episode, Katie begins the episode with her incredibly personal story of her IVF experience, sharing her struggles before conceiving her daughter, Iris. She shares all the details, and discusses the ups and the downs, as well as how she stayed strong and what inspired her strength during this difficult time.In the second half of the episode, Katie interviews celebrity fitness trainer, Megan Roup. Megan and Katie met several years ago, Megan is the creator of the online fitness studio, The Sculpt Society. She was inspired to create her platform after she sensed a need for women to have workouts that are both approachable and easy to do at home, without the feeling of being cutthroat or exclusive Megan discusses her new fertility workout series that specializes in creating a fitness routine for every stage of the fertility and IVF process.
