We are navigating completely unprecedented times. A global pandemic that we’re not just seeing on the news, but is affecting each and every one of us both physically and mentally. It can be difficult to change your thinking during times like this… especially when we see it everywhere we look. On the news. On social media. Social distancing signs at the supermarket. People walking around you and keeping their distance on the street. All reminders that we are being touched by this. I love to practice this meditation when I feel like I am being heavily affected by something.
