Heute ist Matthias mal wieder zu Gast. Er berichtet Stefan über eine 53-jährige Patientin, die sich mit starken Oberbauchschmerzen bei ihm vorgestellt hat. Im Austausch über mögliche Differentialdiagnosen ist Stefan kaum zu bremsen, denn die möglichen Ursachen sind allein aufgrund der Anatomie sehr weitreichend. Dank der ergänzenden Angaben von Matthias wird der Handlungspfad dann aber etwas überschaubarer und nimmt einen spannenden Verlauf.
