Let’s find out.Our guest today, Dr David Shulkin, is an experienced healthcare professional who has served the United States as a Secretary of Veteran Affairs. In 2017, he was unanimously confirmed to lead the Department of Veterans Affairs after serving as an undersecretary during President Obama’s tenure. He has a lot of hands-on experience with telehealth that is used across the VA’s own health system of over 1,200 hospitals and clinics across the country. Dr Shulkin has a medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and has held leadership roles with multiple hospitals and healthcare systems.
