Chapter 1: What incident sparked the debate about trans bathrooms?
let's say you're at the montage hotel okay fancy hotel five-star you're in the lobby sure and there is a guy there who's about 35 years old person person well he's a guy i'm gonna tell you why he's a guy because he's wearing a dress he's wearing like a jill sanders skirt Oh, fun. And you notice that his unit is hanging out. And it's about eight inches. Eight inches? Yeah, soft.
And he goes into the women's room. What say you? What he's wearing is Jill Sanders' skirt. I would say nothing.
Yeah, you heard him correctly. He would say nothing. Is this the modern man? Let's talk about it. Yeah, you better. Guys, before we get into today's video, please like and subscribe. Today we're circling back to somebody who probably does not want us to circle back to him and that is actor Jerry O'Connell. We'll talk about that a little later in the video.
You may know him from being one of the kids in Stand By Me or the guy from Kangaroo Jack. He's been around. Now, he was recently on the Hate To Break It To You podcast with Jamie Kennedy, who's also a fellow actor and I believe comedian. And they got into the topic of gender. And that's where we get this clip from. And when I saw this clip, I thought I need to see the full context.
Maybe there's more said here. Maybe I'm not getting a full view into his actual view on this. And there's going to be something redeemable. Nope. Nope. Nope. And nope. Let's watch the clip.
Jamie, this is what you're not understanding, okay? You and Bill Maher also. We live in California. Yeah. We live here. Now, you are almost like an older... person an old person yelling at the clouds like you think i am you can't i can shave what i'm saying i will say what i said 30 years ago this is so interesting is this the modern man i guess is the question he's saying that a
Essentially, his views need to be shaped by the views of those around him. And because he lives in California, which is an extremely left-leaning state, that is where he needs to stand. And he can't wave his fist and say, this is not the truth. He can't wave his fist and say, this is not how it was 30 years ago.
You just have to go with the flow of the people around you, even if the people around you are not living in reality. Now he brings up Bill Maher, and that's why I think he doesn't want to circle back on a lot of these topics.
He was recently on Bill Maher's podcast Club Random, and he brought up the fact that his wife and daughter physically assaulted him over a comment that he made about Kamala Harris losing this most recent election. And of course, The internet had a lot to say about that.

Chapter 2: What are Jerry O'Connell's views on gender identity?
Women and children actually being sexually assaulted while using the bathroom. That's what the universe would want.
Let's say you're at the Montage Hotel. Okay, fancy hotel, five-star boutique. You're in the lobby.
Sure. And there is a guy there who's about 35 years old. Person. Person. Well, he's a guy. I'm a...
Now, here you go. There's this sort of leftist reflex to say person because we don't know how they identify. Surely I didn't ask this man what he identifies as. And even though I can figure that out just by looking at him and using my own discernment, we must refer to everybody as person almost reflexively. You see how quickly he does that because that's what the leftists of California do.
So that's what I must do.
he's a guy because he's wearing a dress he's wearing a jill sanders skirt oh fun and um you noticed that his his unit is hanging out and it's about eight inches eight inches yeah soft and he goes into the women's room what say you what he's wearing is jill sanders skirt i would say nothing Of course you wouldn't. And that's why we're here. This is my voice, not his.
He has nothing to do with this. That's why we're here.
And that is the proper reaction to this, I think. That is why we're here. Because people who know better choose to do nothing and to say nothing. And I have a feeling we're going to get some comments on this video of people saying, well, women are equal now, equal rights, equal fights. I don't have to stand up for you. You're a girl boss, stand up for yourself.
And I'm not saying that you need to go confront this grown ass man who's trying to expose himself to women and children in the bathroom. Although I wouldn't mind a man doing that. All I'm saying is you do nothing. call the police, let somebody on staff know that this guy is going into a bathroom to expose himself because that's what he's doing.

Chapter 3: How does the host react to Jerry's perspective?
We don't know who is called the Mayborn now. We don't know who's going in and out of the restrooms there, but you're not going to believe what just happened. Like, literally, word for word, it just happened. But I'm just not going to... I just don't want to incite anyone, especially in comments. And I got to tell you, too, we talked about me being a social media immigrant. Yes. I...
I'm too slow for it. I can't handle it. I get it.
Okay. So he's more worried about how people will react to hearing truth that that's a man, that a man shouldn't be going into a bathroom exposing his genitalia. And that is in fact a crime. He's more worried about the reaction to the acknowledgement of that fact than he is about the people who will be impacted by that experience.
Then he is about the fact that he knew this was going to happen and watched it happen and did nothing. didn't warn women going into the bathroom, didn't think to say something like that, didn't think to maybe go to a manager or to call the police. We're more worried about social media and the reactions that we're going to get. And that's just the nature, I guess, of life these days.
that we're not subservient to anything other than the opinions of others and how much they're going to be outraged or how controversial our statements will be we're not subservient to truth or anything objective or we have no duty to protect those around us who are more vulnerable like women and children that's all out the window because social media might react in a specific way
to what you have to say and to what you think and to me that is just absolutely insane but is that the mark of the modern man somebody who's more concerned about how social media is going to react to his views than he is about i don't know standing up even in a hypothetical
for women and children now the podcast goes on let's watch one more clip here i do enjoy watching it but i gotta tell you jamie you're more controversial than i ever could be um you are you say um you're much more honest than i ever could be
Okay, so very interesting and very telling. The word controversial I find fascinating because it really exists in a space that's dependent on how people react to what you say. You are controversial based on how others view what has just come out of your mouth, how offended they are, how taken aback they are by the things that just came out of your mouth.
Now, he goes on from saying you're controversial to you are more honest than I am.
