We hear our kids start using the word “NO” around the age of two. It’s an act of control, testing limits and they know it’s going to get a reaction out of you. Strangely it’s also a word that we, as women, have a hard time using. It carries with it the fear of disappointment and of missing out. It can create social anxiety.
