Okay, because we have been following the Lindsey Clancy trial and we've done three episodes so far on Legally Brunette covering the trial. Also, by the way, if you haven't listened to those, I think they're pretty well done. I think they're pretty good. So, you know, I would suggest you guys go back and listen to those if you haven't yet. But because Patrick Clancy has decided to give a 60-minute interview, we are going to go through his interview and discuss it. Um, also by the way, I was under the assumption because the interview was on sixty minutes, that I thought his interview would be sixty minutes. Sixty minutes. So then when I watched it, it ended up only being fourteen minutes. I thought it
was a bit of a I was confused. It was it was uh Yeah.

hyped up and it really wa maybe that's why it was fifteen minutes. Maybe they interviewed him for an hour and they're like, This isn't that good.

was like, Oh, you know, he didn't know how and I don't know how to either, but he didn't know how to handle it. So it's like she goes and gets treatment, right?
Well, she's trying to get treatment, right? Right, trying to get
treatment and I'm not gonna judge the treatment whether it was good or bad, but she's trying to get treatment. And it's like maybe there should be treatment for like the spouse.
Yeah.
Like, which is how to handle it. Cause isn't that what they do when they go to rehab? Then the family also needs to go to some sort of seminar or some type of yeah, educational thing on how to deal with someone that's sober, that's a a recovering addict.
Yeah.
Like that's that's what in this case the men need. Yeah,

So it's like, okay, here's your prescription and sir, here's your prescription. Yeah. I mean something.
Um, over the following months, Lindsay made repeated ER visits, entered a brief inpatient program, and was prescribed numerous medications. On New Year's Eve, she checked herself into McLean psychiatric hospital and was treated for depression before being released just days later. Um, he does talk about I believe that she she claimed she wanted to go home. I think that was of her own accord that she said that she wanted to leave.
Yeah.
Uh, the family celebrated their daughter Cora's birthday on January 7th, and 17 days after that, this is when the unthinkable happened. So on January 24th, 2023, Patrick came home to find Lindsay in the backyard, her throat and wrist cut, and paralyzed after jumping from an upstairs window.
