And by what we saw in court yesterday, there is more than enough evidence. And with that, welcome to this episode of Amy and TJ. Look, we have to go through this process, Robes, but I don't know how, certainly, this is going to trial. Robes, what in God's name can a defense be given what we saw yesterday?
I don't know. I don't think I've ever seen a preliminary hearing quite like this in terms of the amount of evidence and the lack of defense. At this point, it seems like his best bet would be able to... try to plead out a deal where you don't get the death sentence because the death penalty is on the table right now. And look, if you've even been remotely following what's come out in court this week, it's hard to imagine there is any possible defense that would be effective in any way, shape or form. The evidence is just overwhelming. And the evidence is coming from Tyler Robinson himself.
We hear sometimes about confessions being thrown out for various reasons. Robes, there are so many confessions here. This is mind-boggling. We were aware, we knew about some of this stuff about Tyler Robinson, Robes, after he was arrested.
