This week I am so excited to talk with HIKER, ADVENTURER, EDUCATOR & AUTHOR Gail Muller! Gail Muller is an adventurer, hiker, author, and educator. For fifteen years she struggled with muscular-skeletal issues and the chronic pain that would arise from them. In 2019, after years searching for cures for her physical and mental health, she realized it was time for a profound change. She knows now she’s not able to live a regular life and is embracing this new understanding of herself: adventuring, hiking, writing and inspiring others to do the same. She lives, hikes and swims in Cornwall. She has recently returned from the Continental Divide Trail - a massive hike across the United States where she battled with unmarked trails, weeks at altitude and raging snowmelt-filled river fords. A large, ever-growing online community accompanied her on her trip, gaining advice, inspiration and embracing the joy of her adventures.
