EP277 Can you do "fewer things, better" when there's a staff shortage?

If you're constantly covering for absent colleagues, supporting temporary hires in your building, or otherwise taking on additional duties because there aren't enough people on staff … you're not alone.  Teacher shortages have been one of the most difficult lingering effects of the pandemic, and unfortunately, we're continuing to see things trend downward. There's no way around it: when some folks are gone, it creates more work for the people who remain.
