February Energy Updates - Heart Activations, Wounds, Feeling left out, Vivid Dreams and more

Timestamps: ✨(00:10) WOUNDS are rising up to the surface - many at the moment are encountering old wounds coming up again through interaction with others. This is happening for a reason so that we can heal and clear those parts which are still unhealed from the past. Sit in those uncomfortable situations and allow them to show you what you need to address. ✨ (03:00) CONNECTIONS - there are more and more connections coming into our lives because of the frequency we hold and they are there to reflect to us our internal world. Try to view the experiences in your life and what are they showing you about yourself ✨(06:10) Moving from mind to HEART - more and more of us are begining to awaken to their heart wisdom. To tune into their heart and use the heart to connect with others. This is how we truly connect, on a heart level with all others around. We need to learn to distinguish between the mind and heart and also which one is appropriate to use when. ✨(14:00) EMPATHS int he FAMILY - many people feel that they do not belong to the family. They feel different or left out. That’s because many souls have opted to come in and heal something within the family. Their being and presence activates something within the family, in order for it to heal and expand in consciousness and to stop the generational negative patterns from progressing further. ✨(17:50) SUICIDE - a lot of people on the planet are finding it hard to cope with life. Many are suicidal and some even think that crossing over to the other side is their right of passage. It’s important to remember that if we don’t complete our mission in this lifetime, or heal what we cam here to heal, we will have to come back and do it again. It is more difficult to come back and do this again and this is something people must remember. ✨(24:10) DREAMS - due to the rise in frequency on the planet and in our consciousness, many are reporting vivid dreams at this moment.
