More and more people are finding their tribe and coming together with others they resonate with.   ✨ (03:20) EMPATHS - as empaths become more sensitive to frequencies, we begin to sink in with the frequencies of those around us too so that we can help each other and assist each other on our journeys.  ✨ (10:45) TRAUMA & SHOCK - as many of us continue on our individual journeys of healing, it is inevitable that more things will continue to arise in us to trigger us, so that our words are brought to the surface and healed. It is important in these times to sit with the shock and the feelings we are feeling in order to process them and heal them. Otherwise they continue sending out the shock wave within our body and to attract more similar experiences.  ✨ (18:00) COMPASSION - we are awakening to the fact that we are here for eachtoher. We are here t help ourselves and come together. We need to clean up our energy field as our cells continue to upgrade and take in more light frequency.   ✨ (22:30) HEALING MODALITIES - there are many natural healing modalities through music and food that we can utilise for our benefit. It’s important to pay more attention to what is put into our supermarket foods, as well as the transit through which these processed foods go through. We need to be more mindful of what we feed our body.   ✨ (26:13) GERMINATION - we are all like tiny seeds about to grow. All in our individual growth process. It is important to keep our mind open and question our thought and beliefs so as to expand our perspective and heal what has kept us stuck.   ✨ (31:00) CORRUPTION - there will be more truth coming out on the corruption in our world.
