Promuovere la pace senza aspettarla è una questione di diplomazia che si può declinare con la cultura e il soft power. Un potere sottile e seducente che si esercita anche con la gastronomia. Ci sono esempi come il Giappone e la Corea del sud che grazie al soft power della cucina sono ormai irresistibili. Senza dimenticare l'Italia, protagonista culturale nel mondo con la sua tradizione culinaria.
