Start at the top of your head and slowly scan downward. Where do you feel tightness? Where do you feel softness? Notice these sensations without judgment, like a curious friend simply observing.As you continue breathing, imagine roots growing from the base of your spine, extending deep into the earth. These roots represent your inner strength, your resilience. With each breath, these roots grow stronger, more stable.
