Let that breath be like a soft wave washing away the tension.Today, we're going to practice what I call the "Anchor Technique" - a powerful way to ground yourself when anxiety tries to sweep you away. Imagine your anxious thoughts as clouds passing through a vast, open sky. You are not those clouds.
