#129 Addictions - what are they and what can we do about them?

Addictions - what are they and what can we do about them? "There's no such thing as an addiction" Bold statement I know but stay with me because when you believe what I believe you can CHOOSE. I mean if you had the choice you'd choose not to - wouldn't you? Come with me to see the world just a little bit different. This new way of seeing your world another way, my way, just may be the difference that makes the difference. Don't get me wrong in thinking I'm not recognizing the difficulties in changing or making light of this issue because I treat this area of issues really seriously. Seriously but with an intention to find a way to choose to be how you want to be and not be a slave to ....... well you fill in the blank. I'm keeping this narrative quite vague on purpose because I want you to dive deeply with me in this podcast because it's important to both of you and me.
