Not another NYR - a longer podcast We hear so much about it's a new year and time for a new you and it really 'p's me off. For a start there isn't a new you to get you're already here and it's the real you that we can find and live! Another thing- why just in the new year? does that mean there is no other time? what tosh. You can dream, set goals and be the change you want to be starting right now - any time - and when you start to uncover the real you you will find that your dreams and goals not only happen faster but bigger and better than you ever imagined.
