Anxiety to Confidence - The Personal Development Unplugged Podcast

FMQ 142 Damn teachers! - podcast

14 Jan 2018

Description

Damn teachers! a five minute podcast     Doesn't matter where you are or how much you know things happen in life that bite you on the bum. This happened again to me just the other day and made me cross. Let me tell me what it was. I was listening to a supposed expert saying and assuming things which was clearly wrong and not a little condescending. I listened further even though I wanted to turn it off. I thought of confirmation bias and to learn we have to look and listen to other thoughts that do do align with mine. That's when the teacher turned up or more specifically the learnings turned up. What were these learnings ? well you'll have to listen to the podcast and find out.      :) I'll give you a little clue - It's all about assumptions we make too quickly and how we can think differently. Let's learn not to fall into the trap and use what we see, hear and learn - wherever it comes from. Shine brightly Paul Please remember you can leave a comment or email me with questions, requests and feedback. If you have enjoyed this or any other episode please share and subscribe.
