09 Feb 2019

Description

Stop trying - It doesn't work I'm tying: to lose weight, to meditate, to get fit, to find enough time and you can fill in your blank. It all starts with a little word that seems to slip out TRYING. When you take that word out of our vocabulary we can start to lose weight, to meditate, to get fit, to find enough time and you can fill in your blank and there will be no doubt because you have decide to do it. No more excuses of TRYING. You decide how much effort you put into getting the results you want. It could all boil down to being more specific - more specificity :O) and how much importance or value we decide. Or even take if further ad in the word expect!!!!! To help you with all of this remember those free hypnosis programes you can get right here There's more here you just have to listen and then DO!
