Being Free and Open to Express and Process Your Emotions with Freeda the Frog with Nadine Haruni
30 Jul 2022
In this episode, I have the great pleasure to speak with Nadine Haruni, who is best known for her award-winning "Freeda the Frog" Children’s Book Series that deals with complex emotions and life’s events through the lens of colorful characters, which have been shaped and influenced by her and her family’s own personal experiences. Apart from being a mother and an author, she is also juggling careers by being an attorney and the occasional yoga teacher. Moreover, we discuss the importance of talking freely and openly about difficult and complex topics, issues, and emotions, how we all need to foster and increase awareness, empathy, and inclusivity, and how these wonderful books can serve as conversation starters and discussion topics that could be used at school and at home.
