Julie's career in business started in Banking, working her way up to VP of Training for First Union National Bank, and Senior VP and Training Director at Key Bank. She started her career as a learning consultant at Ernst and Young's Center for Business Knowledge. Today Julie is mixing it up, encouraging what she calls 'switch mentoring' getting young and old cohorts of workers to knowledge and wisdom share.
