E65 - Lift yourself from the bondage of desire. Lift yourself by yourself. Himself (the Atman) is his (you) friend, Himself is his enemy. Nobody can do this for you. The Atman is no the doer. Teachers cannot walk this path for you. You must lift yourself. We also learn about the 5 Sheaths and that for the self-realized person mud, stone, and gold is all the same and nothing is yours.
