According to their website, they are a “secure, decentralized publishing platform that rewards contributors with revenue and exposure for their content.” In addition to blockchain timestamping, they are promoting a “smart publishing” feature called “Shogun” which tracks search engine trending topics – known as “cross dependence temporal topic model” or CDTTM.
