Adaptive Crossfit athlete takes on Hyrox - Charlotte Burnett talks all things training, podiums and crazy challenges for 2024!

What an incredible episode! We first met Charlotte when we trained at Crossfit Vauxhall. Fierce and strong she stood out to us from the start as a determined and focused athlete who was going places!Charlotte talks to us about the challenges adaptive athletes face and how she structures her training and competition to compete in both Crossfit and now Hyrox.
