Suzy Keeping - Behind the scenes of Hyrox with an assistant race director

Ever wondered how Hyrox set up these huge races? Races like London Olympia for example where thousands of people walk through the doors to race or spectate over 3 days being set off in waves every 10 minutes?Have you ever stopped to think how long it must take to set up the race venue and pack it away?
