Vivian Tafuto - Securing her spot to Worlds at Glasgow Major and the highs & lows of her 24/25 season!

After finishing 3rd at the final Major in Glasgow, Vivian secured her spot to World Champs, she tells us how the race went, her mindset and how it feels to line up on the Elite 15 start line. We talk about her rollercoaster season so far, "trusting the process" and how she picks herself up after performances that don't quite go to plan. Vivian has also switched up her training, now working with Anthony & Lauren on 'The Hybrid Engine' program. We explore how these changes have positively impacted her performance.
