Sensations are your direct interaction with the world. They are involuntary and start in the body. Sensations are actually a very small percentage of how we experience the world. Feelings or emotions start in the brain and are a vibration we experience in the body. Feelings are indirect experiences because we are filtering that experience through the filter of our mind.
