She is the CEO of a large group therapy practice in Lancaster, PA called Move Forward Counseling. Alison is also the CEO of Move Forward Virtual Assistants, which specializes in providing VA services for therapy practices. In addition to her CEO duties, Alison loves providing business consulting services through Practice of the Practice and she also has a podcast called "Grow a Group Practice" which is all about the business of having a group therapy practice. When she is not at work she is a wife and mom to 3 boys and proudly drives a minivan.
