If you do you become punished once you leave the Dream World. The leader of the Dreams is Cirrus, an all knowing white cloud that provides the three-rule lifestyle for the Dreams. When Puff asks Cirrus "Why are we here?" it motivates Mammatus Red to put his "Nightmare" plan into effect and trick Puff into scaring his Dreamer Billy, a six-year-old boy. During the journey Puff will learn the value of being a Dream versus becoming a Nightmare.This is a story for children, people that have children, and, more importantly, people that love to Dream.
