Before landing in property, O’Neill worked a nine to five job as a civil engineer, but found the hours invested did not match what he wanted from his career. He took a leap of faith and by the young age of 28, he had completed his goal of earning a passive income of $300,000 per annum. Now 33, O’Neill has the property portfolio of somebody who has been in business longer than he has been alive.
