In this episode of the Coaching and Officiating podcast series we chat with Kahamhl Cogdon (She/ Her) and Brooke Patterson (She/ Her). Kamahl is an enthusiastic footy player, coach and volunteer who suffered an ACL rupture in 2022. Brooke, physiotherapist, former AFLW athlete and research fellow at La Trobe University sport and exercise research centre. Kamahl and Brooke explore how coaches can prevent ACL injuries in women and girls and support them to re-enter sport.
