Nicole, known as Muggles in the Roller Derby Community, is the diversity and Inclusion officer at Kingston City Rollers. Zoe is a lecturer in sport coaching at Deakin University. Nicole and Zoe chat about the critical role of coaches in creating inclusive and respectful environments for participants.
