waking TF up // deep dive pt 2

The moment I woke the fuck up and hit rock bottom was the moment I truly connected with the deepest part of myself. Rock bottom for me... was when I had to identify who was speaking - my intuition or my truama. Learning how to choose me and lean into my bigggest fear aka losing the person I loved most and ultimatly learning how to be alone. I truly believe everyone we meet plays a crucial role in our journey. I am forever grateful for this person and how he played a role in my life. We are all just here trying to figure out how to exist as humans and work through the deep embedded generational truama within us.
