I think that I want to sort of address the people who might look at this and say this is sort of tit for tat, that you see that in the Democratic administration, you see them going after Republicans and this is Republicans going after Democrats. Two wrongs don't make a right, even if that were true. But this is where facts matter.
In the Letitia Jaynes case that she brought in New York, there was a trial. Facts were induced. We all could look at those facts. And Donald Trump had a chance and opportunity to have due process and to hear all of that.
Here, the process by which this has been undertaken, like the process that was undertaken with respect to James Comey, tells you that career people and even Trump-appointed people did not think that there was evidence. There were not facts that justified this.
Chapter 2: How do the speakers perceive the indictment as politically motivated?
And I think a perfect, a perfect symbol of the fact that this is different, that what we're seeing is different, it is not normal, it is not everyone does it, is to take a look at Abby Lowell. Abby Lowell is the defense lawyer for Letitia James. He was also the defense lawyer for Hunter Biden.
In the Biden administration, the Department of Justice actually charged and convicted the sitting president's son And Abby Lowell represented him and defended him and lost that trial. And he is now defending Letitia James. And to me, when people say it's tit for tat, it's like, no, in the in prior administrations.
And by the way, Republican and Democratic administrations at their normal times, which I agree with Mark, are gone. under normal times in those administrations, there is no politics that is supposed to be considered. I'm not saying it's never considered and there aren't those aberrations.
Letitia James herself, I understand from sources, was fully expecting that she would be indicted, again, keeping in mind that the standard for indicting someone is the probability that there may be a crime that was committed. Some of them driven out by their decision not to bring this case. Some of them resigning in disgust about other cases that Donald Trump is pressing and insisting upon. He wants to get to all the hits in his enemies list. Those people have been.
really tortured about all of this because for them, not only is this not a righteous case, not only is this not a justified case, but for them, it does not even meet the bare minimum for the evidence that has to be presented at trial to sustain a conviction.
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

who said this to us for four years, actually really eight years of lawfare, but particularly bad over the last four years, that if the grand jury indicts, obviously the charges are legitimate because the grand jury indicts and nobody's above the law. And, you know, she... So I think we can use the same thing that they said, including Tish James, by the way. Remember before...
The election for her attorney general election, Tish James actually campaigned on the fact that she's going to weaponize her office to go after President Trump. And she did. She did. And guess what? Yeah. Revenge is best served cold, Big Tish. Gosh. Lawyer up, sweetheart. It's going to be... I will say this. Steve, I will say this for Big Tish.
I hear from people that going to prison puts you on a prison diet and helps you... Whoa. Whoa. It helps you get to better health when you go on that prison diet.
Maybe someone here knows. I lost... I lost 35 pounds. It was the best shape I've been in in decades because you're working out, walking every day. I want to go to two things. The engine room, one of the multiple engine rooms of the war room asked the following question. How can she be attorney general in the state of New York? If she's indicted on felony charges, can't Holcomb remove her?
Shouldn't she be removed or at least take a sabbatical and step aside while she's going to trial and under indictment?

Also, Weissman is trying to stand. The reason he's yammering and all very nervous. Weissman, you're near the top of the list. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. We're coming after you too, bro.
Don't think you're going to slip out of here. I actually think MSNBC will ultimately be investigated with the media being in collusion with many of these insurrectionists and revolutionaries and terrorists. As terrorist violence escalates in the United States of America, we've got to get to the bottom of it. I've certainly got to get to the bottom of it.
The financing of it, how it's organized, who their media partners are, what people know. Also, Julie Kelly couldn't be with us today. She hopefully tomorrow, if everything works out. She did send me a tweet that there's a report that Christopher Wray is under investigation. In fact, it may even be to a grand jury. Halligan and company are moving rapidly. And we know who the punch list is.
Brennan McCabe. McCabe talked about right after President Trump won about, you know, being so nervous, having conversations to leave the country. Hey, bro. You know, better late than never. Big Tish James indicted with a felony that brings a long time in prison. Mike Davis on the other side. Also, we've got Dave Bratt. We're going to Indiana about the redistricting pact today. Also, world peace.

It's amazing that Andrew Weissman is saying that it was an unfair process with the Comey and Big Tish indictments. when he has no idea what the process was because it was the first step, the grand jury proceedings, and those are secret. He has no idea if it was a fair or unfair process within the grand jury.
And he said, oh, there's not evidence for the career lawyers to move forward with these indictments. Well, guess what? The grand jury thought there was probable cause to move forward with these indictments because the grand jury returned true bills, both on James Comey and on Big Tish James.
And again, this is a grand jury in the eastern district of Virginia, the suburb of Chicago that is loaded up with Democrats. government workers and illegal immigrants. It's not the Southern District of Texas, right? And so if this grand jury thought there was enough evidence to move forward with indictments, then there was enough evidence to move forward with indictments.
And Andrew Weissman pretends like President Trump got due process and fair trials with Tish James in New York. No, this goofball Manhattan judge, Arthur Ingeron, did not give President Trump the ability to present evidence, to present witnesses, to confront witnesses.
Big Tish James, as the candidate for New York Attorney General, campaigned on the fact that she's going to go after President Trump. That's not due process. Andrew Weissman had a much different tune when the Democrats were running this lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, his allies, his supporters, parents,

Yeah, so, I mean, you know, kind of start the whole process. We've got to call a special session. We're a part-time legislature. We're not meeting right now. So we're going to change the maps. We got to come back in. We got to get back to work. And so that, you know, it's step one, but then we've got to get a map together.
We've got to get it passed to give one, you know, our little local, you know, local election officials the time to do what they need to do. I mean, the filing deadline in Indiana to run for Congress is February of 2026. So we're only a couple months out now. We've got to figure this out soon.
I mean, I had a chance, I'm a former deputy attorney general here in Indiana, to go and handle some of the election litigation that came here in 2020. And I gotta tell you, I mean, there are a lot of judges out there that I think this is a perfectly legal process and we're gonna get a map that's gonna stick.
But they're going to be judges and they're going to be lawyers that are going to try to stand in the way of that. And so there's going to have to be a process there. We're going to have to litigate this out, which means we have to give ourselves time to get the job done. So, again, I'm hopeful that we're going to call that soon.
Who's the deciding figure? Is that Governor Braun? Because I know Governor Braun's pretty MAGA. Is he having second thoughts about this?
I think the governor's signaled that, you know, he fully supports this. I think he'd like to call a special session, but they're trying to see, you know, where the votes are. There's enough votes in our House and our Senate to get the job done. And I think that's where the hang up is right now.
What do you think you have the votes in the House? I hear what people are telling me is that the Senate in the Indiana legislature, that's the problem. Do you think you have the votes in the House right now?
I hope so. You know, I don't have a whip count, honestly, Steve, but, you know, got my vote. I know there are a number of members of the House have been pretty vocal about their support for this. Maybe, you know, less so maybe in the Senate right now. So I think that's where a lot of the intrigue has been. But honestly, I don't have a whip count on either one. That'd be my suspicion, though.

No one had ever in the history of this country Taken on a sitting majority leader in a primary and beaten them. Dave Brat is the only person that's ever done that.
And Dave Brat on that victory completely changed the arc of history because it changed. They were going to have an amnesty. Zuckerberg was coming back for a huge amnesty meeting the next day. Fox was all in. They were all in. Brat's victory running on an anti-immigration, you know, no amnesty, build the wall. And it laid the predicate for for a guy named Donald Trump a couple of years later.
So you could say that Dave Brat was actually John the Baptist in this regard. Anyway, I got a couple more great Brat stories. Talk about a pilgrim. I mean, this guy had no earthy... He is as pure as new-driven snow. Brat, you hang on. Mike Lindell, I'm confused now. I've actually bumped the cold open at 6 o'clock because I saw this thing today...
