What tribute is paid to Charlie Kirk and why does it matter?

Unknown 0:06
Charlie Kirk is a young man from Turning Point. Close your eyes for just a moment. Hear that familiar sound. A quiet voice that cut the chaos when the world was burning loud. He didn't promise easy answers. Didn't say the road was clear. Just said, come walk a little farther. Truth is true. And somehow in the noise and doubt He made us feel like we belonged We miss you, Charlie. We still hear your song. You said, come with me. There's a world where truth is strong. We miss you, Charlie. You showed us how to see a better world ahead of us. Born from belief and imagination free.
Unknown 1:30
Headlines more than reach. Use our hearts that need courage. Not permission from the age. Think bigger than the moment. Don't let them shrink your mind. If you can see, you can feel it. If you're willing to become. Now the room feels different somehow, like a light still left on. We missed you, Charlie, but the door you opened stayed. But the door you opened stayed. You said, come with me, let's imagine I know. You helped us all believe that the future's now decided. It's waiting on the brave. If you want hope, just look around.
Unknown 2:48
So we're building what you saw back then, a place that feels like home. We miss you, Charlie, but we're not alone tonight. You said, come with me, there's a truth beyond the fire. still runs free. A world shaped by conviction and imagination.

Welcome. It is Tuesday, 8 September, Year of the Lord 2026. I want to thank you the eve of our convention coverage. We're going to get all into it. Matt Meck from the big conference up in Vegas is going to join us on about the storm. We're going to do to make sure the election is not stolen. Mo Bannon is going to be We work on technical issues. Mo is going to join us actually from our studio at the convention. And Brent Hamaker, who just published this book, came out today under John Solomon's imprint called The Intellect of Charlie Kirk. This was one of Charlie's co-writers of his books. We'll get to all that. Also, Jake Seawolf. here to talk to us about preparation, preparedness. But I want to start, I got Peter Bystrom from the Alternative for Deutschland, one of the senior folks in Alternative for Deutschland.
Stephen K. Bannon 4:56
Peter, after many years, you had an absolute... blowout victory victory on sunday i was doing german tv and they were not happy i mean these reporters that were uh interviewing me i said hey look these these individuals have worked on this for years the german people have stepped up they say they want their sovereignty back and The snarky comments I got from the reporters are supposed to be even handed of mainstream German media. They are furious about what happened. Can you walk our audience through? Obviously, they know and love Alternative for Deutschland. What was this election about? And quite frankly, how did you do such huge numbers? That even Merz and all these globalists that have destroyed German industry are sitting there warning.
Stephen K. Bannon 5:45
They say, hey, we got a problem. We can't sweep this under the rug anymore. The German people are getting back of what they call a far right, right wing fascist party. Peter Burstyn, walk us through what happened, sir.
Peter Bystron 5:59
Yeah. Hi, Steve. Nice to see you again. And you're right. It was a fantastic. It was a historic victory in Saxony-Anhalt. We got 44%. And with all the mail-in ballots, we got 55%. So it was really huge. And other very important point is that we had the participation at this election. by nearly 80%. So nearly everybody went to the election. The people were mobilized. And the reason was that they got hope. There was real hope the first time since the fall of the wall, of the Berlin Wall. the people felt that there is a possibility of substantial political change. And that was the reason why they elected us. This is the reason why the mainstream media and all our political opponents are so sorry for the expression, are so pissed off because they were all campaigning against us.
Peter Bystron 7:06
They were a bunch of NGOs paid by the government. They spent a lot of money just to avoid this historic victory and they failed.
