Okay. Well so just to give you guys a little bit of updates, um, let me go through my list. I sent Ike a list this morning of all the things that I wanted to talk about because it's been so long since I recorded in real time. And I did take a thousand milligrams of Tylenol before we got started. So we have a couple of things. Salem. We went to Salem. So I wanted to talk about that. Recovery celiac. Ike and I watched a documentary the other night. Wanted to mention that. We started the Lizzie Borden monster series on Netflix which We'll get into that. And then Lastly, Ash Dykes and my obsession with him going into the Congo.
So you're obsessed with another man. Gotcha.
Okay. So First I got my celiac diagnosis right before my tontilectomy. And then I had to get an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and biopsies of my lower intestine, my small intestine, before I got my tonsils out. I got the biopsy, colonoscopy, and endoscopies on September first and then I got the tonsilectomy on September ninth. And everything came back negative for cancers, um, which was is great news. And um The tonsils are gone.
Yeah. Um, I wanna say shout out to the negative results. Okay. I know that you tend to fixate on the what ifs or the possibilities.

Yeah. Um, so you were very strongly opinionated. That all of your results some way somehow would come back negative and you have like every sickness in the world. Mm-hmm. Um And you don't. No, I don't. So I'm happy that your mind is clear of that for the moment until you find something else to fixate on.
I also went to my hematologist yesterday for a follow-up after my biopsies and my Tontilectomy and it's not really related. The hematologist is not really related to the tonsils, but with all the medical stuff going on, um, we needed to figure out why my iron and my ferritin was at floating between a five and a seven. So October twenty
where is it supposed to be?
Above fifty. is where he said yesterday that he would be comfortable with it above fifty.
So you're at a five or a seven?
Yeah, October twenty twenty five my labs showed that my ferritin was at a five. And then just sh maybe ten months later, August of twenty twenty-six, my ferritin was floating at a seven. So I had four iron transfusions between my celiac diagnosis and my tonselectomy. And my levels are good now. We're gonna do a follow-up in four months to see where my levels are at. Um but he did say that the ferritin and iron deficiency could be linked to my celiac disease. Um, so we're just gonna keep a close eye on that. But I was actually really, really Ike went with me and I was I didn't say this, but I was really happy to hear him say that he would be com he's comfortable with it at fifty and higher because a lot of times doctors will say that if it's in like twenty
within normal range, like that's good enough for them and they just kind of overlook it. This hematologist specifically wanted it fifty and above, which I feel really comfortable with and I'm happy with I didn't even have to push for that. Mm-hmm.
