Det er vanlig at myndigheter i ulike land forsøker å påvirke befolkningens reporoduktive adferd, forteller sosialantropologen Guro Korsnes Kristensen. For 10 år siden var den offentlige samtalen preget av at vi var fornøyde over at vi fikk mange barn, reproduksjonstallet ble den gang tatt til inntekt for at likestillingen var veldig god i Norge.
