One of the most common errors trainers run into is mismanaging their customer's expectations. It is imperative that you are truthful and upfront with your customers. It is your job to help your customers have realistic expectations for what they are willing to put into their horse’s training. Sometimes, this means disclosing the weaknesses or admitting that you may not be the best fit for this customer's needs.
