Exploring Psychedelics through the lens of Neuroscience with Manesh Girn

Pscydelics has been a hot topic for a number of years, both for the wrong and right reasons. In recent years, it's picked up popularity and attention in the research space for its healing and therapeutic benefits. This conversation is about understanding psychedelics from a neuroscience perspective while exploring it's healing implications, how it affects neurology and physiology, and why it can be a potential option to create long-lasting change when used in the right way. My guest Manesh Girn is a neuroscientist and educator in the psychedelic space. He has lead/ co-authored over twenty scientific publications on psychedelic neuroscience, brain networks, and related topics. He collaborates closely with leaders in psychedelic science and will join Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris at UCSF as a postdoctoral neuroscientist in Fall 2023. Manesh is also Chief Research Officer at the Canadian psychedelic bioscience company EntheoTech Bioscience.
