Being present can help us manage stress and anxiety, as well as, helping to improve our relationships. In this episode I continue talking about Being Present by giving you 5 ways to begin implementing the practice of being present into your life. While some of these areas may seem typical when talking about being present, I hope that I can encourage you to start practicing being present in a few new ways. 1. Celebrate the Small Things 2. Experience The Moment 3. REALLY Listen 4. Feel Your Feelings 5. Our days can just pass us by if we don't take some intentional time to actually experience it. We wonder where time went and don't fully enjoy life when we are missing the moments in the day to day.
