When I say rest I think most people assume sleep. Reality is there are 7 areas of rest that we need and sleep is just one part of it. Today I am starting a series on the types of rest and why they are important. I am outlining the 7 types of rest and digging into the benefits of physical passive rest (sleep) in this episode. Our bodies need sleep. We all hear the benefits and know that we need it but we don't always carve out the space for it. I hope this episode is a reminder of how important it is to so many areas of our lives.
