Today I am wrapping up the month of May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month, talking about clutter. Clutter has been linked to increasing anxiety and depression, as well as costing us time, money, and added stress we don't need. I share the steps to tackling clutter and the questions to ask ourselves when we are deciding whether we need to get rid of something or keep it. Clear spaces create calmer environments, help us to find things faster, and keep us from being distracted by all the things we see when we look around our space. Listen in and let me know what area you will be tackling first, or share your favorite organization/decluttering hacks/resources with me.
