There are 10 of them. And in episode 111, I broke down the 10 skills and I gave you a brief overview. So now what we're doing is going deeper into each skill. Last episode was... Episode 112, we looked at the skill of managing money.

And today we're going to tackle the skill of saving money. This is an important skill that anyone can learn. I want to reiterate this with you all. Everything I'm talking about over the next several episodes are skills that you are not necessarily born with. None of us are born with any of these skills. These are skills that you can learn, okay? And that is what I want you all to know. You are not stuck. where you are financially, unless you believe that you are. Because when you believe that you're stuck, then you have no motivation to learn anything new or to try anything new.
I want you to know that no matter where you are right now, if you do not know how to save money, if you can't stop yourself from spending all the money that you save, that is okay. Because I know that is one of the reasons why so many women don't even try because they believe that they'll have to give up their life. They'll have to go on this really strict budget. They'll have to live this boring, frugal life in order to save, in order to get out of debt, in order to invest. They think they have to give up life until retirement in order to do so. And that is a lie. And that is a lie that keeps so many women alive. and it prevents so many of us from actually trying and building wealth. I promise you, if you try, if you believe that it's possible for you to break free from where you are now, you will do so. This is my life's work. I am here to tell you that you do not have to stay where you are.
I remember when I was trying to figure this whole money thing out. And once I did, and I was just like so happy. I was so proud of myself. And I remember hearing from God that, He did not bring me out of all of that financial pain and struggle just for me and my family. He did it so that I could help other women that are just like I was, right? Who are you? You are someone who has done everything right. You've gone to college, you've gotten the degree, you've gotten the job, you've climbed the ladder, or you've started the business and you're making money. That is not your issue. You know how to make money, but you do not know how to build wealth. And you think that it's just hard and that this is just your lot in life and you're going to struggle forever.
And that's where I was. And once I figured out that I could figure this money thing out, right? Every other area of my life was good. And on the outside looking in, people thought I had it all together, but
