What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
You are listening to the Becoming the Wealthy You podcast with Jermaine Foley.
If you're a woman who makes good money in your career or business, but you're not building wealth like you want to, then you're in the right place. In this podcast, you'll learn how to stop overspending, break free from the cycle of debt, save lots of cash and become the wealthy woman you were born to be. Let's dive in. Well, hello, everyone. Welcome back to the podcast. Today, I'm sharing something really special with you. Thank you so much for watching. Now, I wanted to make this an audio series because I know that so many of us are busy. So that way you can listen on the go. You can listen while you're walking your dog, while you're cooking dinner, doing laundry or anything like that. Okay, whatever fits for you.
And here's why this is so important. Women are living nearly six years longer than men, but we're retiring with about 30% less saved.
Why is this private podcast series focused on women closing the retirement savings gap?
We absolutely need to close that gap, ladies. And that is why I created this audio series. But here's what I want you to know. What I share inside of this series is very simple, but it's not easy. Because let's be honest, most of us already know some of what we should be doing. But knowing doesn't always mean doing. I hear it all the time from women. who come to me, they're like, Jermaine, I know what I should be doing, but I just can't get myself to do it. And that's why so many women are stuck financially. That's why that stat I just shared with you exists, because we're not doing the things that we know we should be doing. But I have a theory around why that is, and I share it with you in this private podcast series, okay?
And once we can get over that mindset that's keeping us stuck, then I think everything will change for us. So here's what I want you to do. After you listen to this episode, which is the finale, go ahead and download the full private podcast audio series at jermainefoley.com slash wealth class and listen to the rest of the episodes in order because it is designed to immerse you in everything I believe we all need to know in order to close this gap, in order to build wealth while still enjoying life at the same time. Now, this private podcast audio series, you cannot find it on Apple. You can only find it through the link that I just gave you. Again, that's JermaineFoley.com slash Wealth Class. And of course, that link is also in the show notes.
And please, whatever you do, don't keep this to yourself. Invite your friends, invite your coworkers, invite your sister, share the link. Because sometimes sharing a resource like this is the most life-changing thing you can do to help someone. I've had women come to me who are now my clients and they're doing amazing, but they only found me because someone shared this exact podcast with them. So sharing is caring. So if you have a coworker, a friend, a sister, a cousin, go ahead and share the private podcast series with them. And let's just help more women learn this information so we can close that gap and have more money. All right, let's get into the episode. Well, hello there. Welcome to episode number five, the final episode in this private podcast experience.
I hope you have enjoyed it so far. And I just want to say congratulations for making it this far and for taking the time to learn a different way. to handle your money, a way that is sustainable, a way that I think is the best way for women who make good money. If you're a high earner, if you're doing your thing in your business or in your career, and you are good at making money, you've got the money flowing in, but you're not building wealth the way you want to. I believe that the way I teach you how to handle your money is the best way to do it. Because So many of us have worked really hard to get where we are, and we want to also enjoy our lives. But we know we should be taking care of business financially as well.
But again, as I've said before, society and all of the personal finance books and all of the personal finance personalities, they've told us that you have to choose.
