My guest today is Brandon Golden, former collegiate and MiLB Performance Coach, currently with 5 Tool Connection a performance science company. I met Brandon recently at the Wake Forest Bridge seminar and walked away very impressed with his unique approach. He joined USA Baseball as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2015 and was later with Charleston Southern, and East Carolina, before joining the LA Dodgers from 2020 - 2022 as a Performance Coach.
